Community Groups

Community Groups are open for folks to understand and experience what life together looks like. It is easy to say we value community, but oftentimes it is the idea of community that we like. We believe it is through the practical, nitty-gritty sharing of pain, struggles, victories, and dreams that we get to experience a fuller life in Christ.

An essential part of living as a Christian involves fellowship with other believers, living IN community, and OUT on mission together. Our community groups are open groups with a specific purpose: fellowship as Christians, discussing God’s Word together and applying it to our lives, and together inviting others to follow Christ.

Men's & Women's Ministry

Community Groups are open for folks to understand and experience what life together looks like. It is easy to say we value community, but oftentimes it is the idea of community that we like. We believe it is through the practical, nitty-gritty sharing of pain, struggles, victories, and dreams that we get to experience a fuller life in Christ.

Men's Ministry

Our Men’s Ministry at Gateway Church involves the active pursuit of connecting men to Christ, God’s Word, and other godly men for the purpose of growing and encouraging them in their God-given roles as husbands, fathers, friends, brothers, and spiritual leaders.

Women's Ministry

Women’s Ministry at Gateway Church is for women of all ages, backgrounds, and seasons of life. We have a community of ladies who seek to invite God’s Word into our lives through study, community, and prayerful encouragement of one another. Most importantly, we want women to meet Jesus and learn how to demonstrate His love to the world as wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, and friends.

Church-Wide Fellowship

On the first Sunday of each month, we take a break from community groups for an informal gathering. We enjoy fellowship with one another around food, games, and brief teaching.

Currently, we are looking at The Heart of the Church by Joe Thorn. It is an examination of what a truly biblical church ought to look like. Specifically, we are studying it as a church to reaffirm our steadfastness to Gospel-driven and Scripture-guided ministry.
